		<description>hello, sorry for the delay in my response, didn&#039;t see your comment until today. &lt;br&gt;Immovable property is freehold in Mongolia, you don&#039;t own the land but your property rights that guarantee the free use of the land. If you buy land only than it is leased, in particular if you buy it for development. Once your development is completed, you get certificates for your buildings and then return the land to the city offices. The property on top of the land is always freehold. 		<description>Hi, you did mention that one could get freehold property in Mongolia, correct me if I&#039;m wrong, but I thought almost all development land (not agriculture land) were granted with leasehold tenure of ranging from 5 to 30 years, so how do you mean?</description>
