Eurofeu Asia is the leading Fire safety and Equipment company in Mongolia. A daughter company of Eurofeu France, its Mongolian operations were established in early 2002, the company has grown considerably to now include 4 retail locations in Ulaanbaatar as well as an extensive network of retailers and distributors around Mongolia. With 40 full time employees the company is going from strength to strength and constantly pioneering new markets such as residential fire safety in Mongolia. Eurofeu Asia currently specialises in fire safety equipment and services for the mining industry as well as for corporate clients. Eurofeu Asia runs a numebr of free fire prevention training seminars to the Mongolian Public, state officials and runs an awareness campaign through the national medias.
While the company keeps growing, I was asked to help promote and guide the company to new levels, improve overall effciency as well as the quality of services including the sourcing and seting up of systems to co-ordinate the growing network of agents and retailers in Mongolia.
While at Eurofeu Asia, I lead the efforts in the rebranding of the company as well as its external communication. This involved the creation of a website: www.eurofeuasia.com as well as a full rebranding exercise of all its documentations, techincal files, brochures, corporate adverts and press releases. Following this effort, Eurofeu Asia quickly became a strong, recognisable brand in Mongolia known for the quality of its products and services.
As the company grew, it became essential to improve internal communications between all the distributors, retail locations, warehouses and general company offices. I installed new systems and policies to maximise communication and efficiency between all our stakeholders and employees. The company is currently introducing and trialing new systems for client communication and interaction.
